Time Health Management services are directed at creating sustainable
initiatives within the workplace that foster employee health, wellness
and vitality. An employee who is engaged in this manner will be happier,
more productive and actively involved in the workplace.
This outcome is achieved primarily through group education and
individual implementation. The accountability is three-fold: the
employees are accountable to themselves as well as to each other and the
company. When inspired to care for themselves, they will also be caring
for each other and for the better ability of the business to operate at
optimum.
The responsibility will be to become aware of the need for improved
health in the workplace. This awareness is created through understanding
as delivered by the professional team at Time Health Management.
Systems of implementation will be designed so that they can be readily
carried out in the workplace as well as in the permanent lifestyle of
the employee.
Methods of delivery include group information sessions (traditionally
conducted as lunch and learn sessions, however consideration should be
given to more formal workplace training events to elevate the
prospective value), team building sessions, ongoing correspondence via
email (electronic newsletters or bulletins) and access to Time Health
Management team members as necessary.
Implementation of on-site workplace modifications will include health
fairs, workplace assessments, job assessments, active workplace routines
and on-site health and wellness interventions.
Time Health Management will have outcome measurements in place to
determine progress and results. Ongoing programs will be created to
ensure that the multi-factorial components of workplace and individual
health and wellness are covered.
